RemoteABOUT THE JOBThe Tepa Companies are seeking an Enterprise Architect is responsible for designing, overseeing, and implementing the IT architecture of the organization. This role focuses on aligning technology strategy with business objectives and ensuring that the IT landscape supports the organization's long-term goals. The Enterprise Architect analyzes current architecture, develops and manages a roadmap for evolution, and ensures adherence to industry standards and best practices.Job Functions:Provides guidance on designing, implementing, and managing scalable IT systems.Establishes architecture best practices, standards, and frameworks.Leads the design and integration of application, data, and technology architectures, ensuring interoperability across systems.Implements architecture governance processes to ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and standards.Conducts architecture reviews and audits, ensuring that projects align with established architectural guidelines.Evaluates and select architecture frameworks, tools, and technologies for effective governance and management.Acts as a liaison between IT and business units, ensuring alignment of goals and initiatives.Works closely with developers, and IT operations to ensure architecture consistency across projects.Partners with the cybersecurity team to ensure that architecture is secure and meets compliance requirements.Stays updated on emerging technologies and industry trends; assess and recommend new technologies for potential implementation.Evaluates and oversees the integration of new technologies into the organization's infrastructure.WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; Master's degree preferred8+ years of experience in IT, with 5+ years in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or a similar roleProfessional certifications (e.g., TOGAF, Certified Enterprise Architect) are a plusStrong knowledge of architecture frameworks and methodologies (TOGAF, Zachman, etc.)Proficiency in cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and cloud-native designExperience with integration, data management, and security best practicesStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsExcellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
