Duties:
Support the Creative Strategy & Content team administratively. Develop a database of creative resources by researching, contacting, and onboarding 3rd party creative vendors. Manage purchase orders and code invoices in Uniport. Maintain and organize a database of creative resources. Create and proofread concept pitching and recap presentations. Assist in the organization and updating tools like Monday.com, Box, & other platforms. Coordinate video production efforts, including communicating with finance and legal, scheduling shoots, liaising with videographers and editors, and sharing links to approved creative assets. Support the VP of Creative Strategy & Content with research and identification of innovative companies to partner with in support of the music catalog.

Passion for in music, design, visual arts, and fashion. Passion for bringing music to the world in innovative ways. Familiar with digital marketing platforms and tactics. Interest in digital trends and marketing technology. Organized with great attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong time-management skills. Ability to multitask, comfortable juggling many tasks at once. Natural collaborator & team player. 1 - 2 years of experience in music marketing
