Join our dynamic team for an in-person role where you'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional HR support, acting as the vital link between our clients and corporate office. We are committed to fostering a positive workplace culture and are looking for a proactive HR Generalist to help us achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Relations:Collaborate with the HR team to address onboarding inquiries and provide guidance on HR matters.Support employee investigations, conflict resolutions, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.Offer onsite HR support at client locations to address HR, onboarding, and payroll concerns.
Benefits Administration:Assist in the administration of employee benefits, including health plans and paid time off (PTO).Respond to inquiries related to benefits and work closely with providers to resolve issues.Serve as a resource for clients navigating benefits concerns.
Compliance & Reporting:Stay updated with labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.Assist in developing HR policies reflecting legal requirements and best practices.Generate HR reports and analytics for strategic decision-making.Support audits and maintain accurate record-keeping.
General Administrative Tasks:Execute routine tasks in sensitive situations, including providing reasonable accommodations and handling terminations.Collaborate with clients and legal professionals on specialized projects.Contribute to company-wide initiatives and ensure alignment with business goals.Create standard operating procedures (SOPs) for onboarding processes.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in HR, particularly in onboarding and employee relations.Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software platforms (e.g., UKG, ADP, JazzHR).Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.SHRM: PHR certification.Ability to travel to client locations as needed.Benefits:
