Production Manager - Roofing

RoofCrafters Roofing LLC, is looking for an experienced Production Manager to join our team! This person will lead the successful execution of a variety of projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent time-management and problem-solving abilities who thrives in fast-paced environments.Responsibilities:Deliver on-time, in-budget projects - Execute projects within the intended scope, timeframe and funds.Communicate with clients - Drive contact with clients throughout the project lifecycle to understand/set expectations, establish timelines and grow the relationship.Develop project plans - Create detailed plans for each project to outline execution strategy including objectives, schedule, and cost.Track and communicate progress - Measure performance for presentation to clients and internal leadership. Monitor all phases of construction and know how to perform the jobs in every area of production Develop, implement, and monitor reports that track the progress of every job in productionSafety; monitor safety inspection forms, employee and crew safety, accountability for self and team; re-training when guidelines are not metWork with contractors and suppliers to negotiate fair and optimal material costTrack and resolve all production-related issues and warranty callsAttend required meetingsManage and Lead Team; training, increase efficiency, assist in identifying and solving problemsThis position is approximately 70% Office and 30% FieldRequirements:Min. 5 years experience and knowledge of ALL Roofing Systems; Shingle, Metal, TPO, Specialty, and repairsExcellent written and verbal communicationsAdvanced skillset in time management and task prioritizationPassion for managing teams and driving resultsAbility to multitask and identify opportunities for process improvementStrong work ethic and positive attitudePrevious experience with Acculynx, another CRM or the ability to learn oneAbility to climb a ladder and access roof, not afraid of heightsAbility to enter confined spaces such as atticsMust be able to stand, sit, bend, twist, and move efficiently with reasonable accommodations if requiredBenefits:Company Vehicle, (with satisfactory Driving Record)Company Credit Card/UniformsHealth, Vision/Dental, and Supplemental Accident and Illness Insurance Available after 90 days.Health Benefits Paid 50% by Company after 3 years of EmploymentPTO accrued per paycheck after 90 daysWorking with a great team of people
