Technical Support & Data Analyst
to join our mission for the 2024-2025 school year.
What the Technical Support & Data Analyst does:
The Technical Support & Data Analyst provides
PowerSchool
and other technical support, including staff training, software functionality, and problem resolution. They also analyze and create data reports for executive and program staff:Provide
PowerSchool
and other technical support related to staff training, software functionality, and problem resolution.Log, track, and document software support calls, maintaining records of all calls.Manage technology projects, including consulting with programmers to explain software errors or necessary program changes. Test software and hardware for ease of use and applicability to staff needs.Develop and maintain data templates and dashboards to increase access to information for program staff.Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual data reports.Work with consultants to identify and resolve
PowerSchool
issues.Establish standards and procedures for data entry, monitoring the integrity of the
PowerSchool
database.Maintain confidentiality of all information.Assist with special projects as assigned.Perform other duties as needed.Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree with 1+ year(s) of relevant experienceStrong Excel skills with interest and aptitude for learning other analytical toolsExperience with
PowerSchool
or other student information systems (SIS),
requiredStrong written and verbal communication skillsGreat attention to detailSelf-motivated analyst, capable of uncovering data trends to improve operational proficiency
