JOB SUMMARY:
Assigned to multiple and bigger projects, and depending upon level of experience, working under the close supervision of an experienced Cost Controller or independently. She/he will provide the Project Managers and lead engineers with the information and assistance needed to manage the project execution in compliance with the objectives of the cost and revenue budgets and the Group's standards in terms of project cost control. Major focus is to provide look-ahead forecasting and trend analysis, monitor commitments, budgets, invoicing, cash flow forecast and prepare the feedback to support project management team. Constantly interfaces with the disciplines involved in the project execution.

The Cost Controller role in more insight into the projects and will ensure stay in control of the costs.
WORK PERFORMED:
•Review and maintain project cost and project budget information.
•Review, analysis, and updating of project cost forecast values and cost coding allocations.
•Maintenance of the project deviation and trend registers.
•Generation and distribution of internal project cost reports.
•Review of client invoicing for accuracy and completeness.
•Reconciliation of project cost reporting with accounting and financial records.
•Monitoring of project cash flows and foreign currency position.
•Develop and submit Change Request in coordination with the PM and PCM.
•Prepare monthly PMR for review with PM and Corporate Management Team.
•Prepare monthly small project reporting both in excel and Ecosys tool.
•Alert and report significant movement expected in the forecast.
•Support and be backup of other teammates within project control group.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
•Education: BA/BS in Engineering, Project Management, Business Analytic, Finance, Accounting related field.
•Work Experience: 3-5 years in project focused work environment in project management, accounting, controls, analytics tracking.
SKILLS:
•Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel / Word / Power Point) with Excel in particular, and application to data analysis.
•Database experience preferred Excellent communication skills .
•Able to work under pressure with strict deadlines
•Chemical or Mechanical Engineering knowledge a plus.
•Work well in team environment as well as independently, often under strict deadlines.
•Basic analytical and problem-solving skills
