The Regulatory and Documentation Compliance Manager is responsible for maintaining the regulatory and certification programs at The Fresh Factory (including SQF, Organic, Gluten Free, FDA, and Kosher submissions), organizing and coordinating the distribution of company programs, forms, audits, etc., both internally and with customers. This role also has an active stake in performing supplier risk assessments as well as approving all new parts, finished goods, and specifications to ensure that the company's programs remain in good standing.

We are vertically integrated from the farm to the shelf and offer services above and beyond traditional manufacturing, becoming a trusted growth partner for leading brands. We are growing quickly, adding exciting new products, processes, and packaging capabilities.
Responsibilities
Maintain high food safety and quality standards in accordance with company SQF and HACCP programsMaintain the Organic, Non-GMO, Kosher, and Gluten Free programsPreform regulatory filings for new products and facilities as neededMaintain finished goods specificationsCreate and distribute COAs for finished goodsCoordinate customer documentation requestsConduct Supplier Approval audits (desktop and in person)Participate in food safety, quality systems, and internal auditsHelp ensure the plant is audit ready (SQF, Organic, FDA, and customer audits)Participate in regular Food Safety Team meetingsParticipate in HACCP reviews for new productsQualifications :
Strong communication and organization skills5+ years of experience in a food manufacturing facilityExperience with regulatory submissionsHACCP Certification preferredAbility to work independently and as a member of a teamAbility to handle frequent interruptions, meet tight deadlines, prioritize tasks, and work with minimal directionStrong computer skillsTracegains experience preferredMust speak, read, and write EnglishExperience with Tracegains is preferredBenefits:
