POSITION PURPOSE
Responsibilities include performing an ongoing review of the lending compliance areas, including providing compliance support to lending business units, new product testing, manage external testing/audits, review loan advertisements, and monitoring lending regulations. This position partners with other areas of Compliance as well as other business units throughout the Bank to ensure compliance with applicable state and federal laws, rules, and regulations.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES
Provide compliance support (including the conduct of research as necessary) to lending related business units throughout the Bank.Provide compliance representation for lending related projects and programs.Conduct loan product testing (new products and modifications) as needed.Facilitate and manager external mortgage testing and assist with compliance audits.Work with business units (Mortgage, Consumer, Commercial) to remedy identified issues from testing/audits.Review and update mortgage and consumer loan test scripts.Monitor regulatory changes to ensure in depth understanding of how changes will impact lending business units.Assist with implementation of new or revised regulatory requirements.Assist with other compliance projects as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Certification: College degree/CRCM Preferred
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
In depth knowledge of banking regulations
Minimum 5+ years' experience related experience.
Experience in Quality Control and/or Internal Auditing and Compliance
SKILLS/ABILITIES:
Analytical, detail oriented and accurate
Well organized
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work well with associates at all levels
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to research, interpret, and explain regulations and other compliance-related documents
PC skills including proficiency in MS Word and Excel
Monday - Friday: 8:00AM - 5:00PM
