This role will be responsible for completing all Kinship Supports Intervention model responsibilities which included conducting all assessments and plans within established timelines. One will need to develop a working knowledge of other community agencies and their services for the purpose of assessing a participant's suitability for services through these agencies. This position will require home visits.

QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION:

Bachelor's degree in social work or related field.Two (2) years' experience working with children and families required.Master's degree in social work or related field preferred.403B, Paid time off, Employee Assistance ProgramBusiness mileage reimbursement - .67 Cents/mile
