Corporate Director of Human Resources
The Corporate Director of Human Resources (HR) is a strategic leader responsible for managing and directing the HR department to ensure the effective delivery of HR services while exemplifying the Stein Collection Standards. This role involves overseeing recruitment, housing, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training, and development. The HR Director collaborates with VP Human Resources and Corporate Directors across the Stein Collection to develop HR strategies that support objectives and foster a positive workplace culture.
Essential Functions:
Strategic HR Leadership :Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.Act as a strategic advisor to senior management regarding key organizational and management issues.Promote a company culture that supports recruitment, employee retention, and high performance.Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning :
Oversee the talent acquisition process to attract, hire, and retain top talent.Manage workforce planning, including headcount forecasting, talent pipeline development, and succession planning.Housing
Oversee the housing accommodations provided to employees, ensuring that facilities are well-maintained, compliant with regulations, and conducive to a positive living experience.Assist in developing and managing the employee housing budget, monitoring expenses and occupancy rates.Employee Relations :
Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations, mediating and resolving conflicts.Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, reducing legal risks.Performance Management :
Develop and manage performance appraisal systems, ensuring that employees receive timely and constructive feedback.Oversee the development and implementation of performance improvement programs.Work with managers to set clear goals and KPIs for staff performance.Compensation & Benefits :
Oversee the administration of employee compensation, including salary, bonuses, and benefits.Benchmark compensation packages to ensure competitiveness in the market.Manage employee benefits programs and work on innovative solutions for employee wellness.Training & Development :

Use HR data and analytics to provide insights on workforce trends, turnover, and employee satisfaction.Generate reports and make data-driven decisions for HR and organizational improvements.Budgeting & Resource Allocation :
Manage the HR department's budget, ensuring cost-effective HR services.Monitor expenses related to recruitment, benefits, and other HR activities.Leadership & Team Development :
Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team to ensure efficient delivery of HR services.Promote teamwork and collaboration within the HR department and across the organization.Education, Experience, and Skills preferred:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
