Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT ( ADA ) ADMINISTRATION

In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our organization’s commitment to employee well-being and inclusivity. You will handle approximately 50% of your casework related to ADA accommodations, working closely with employees and management to address needs and ensure compliance.

Conduct consultations and provide guidance on ADA accommodations and employee relations matters.

Collaborate with employees to assess their needs and develop appropriate accommodation plans.

Facilitate training sessions to enhance understanding of ADA policies and best practices.

EMPLOYEE RELATIONS CONSULTATION

Provide assistance to supervisory and non-supervisory employees on workplace issues including disagreements, unsatisfactory performance, allegations of inappropriate behavior and other policy violations in the workplace.

Conduct investigations into complaints, document findings, and recommend appropriate actions.

Support investigations and grievances related to employee relations issues while maintaining confidentiality and integrity.

Address and resolve non-complex to moderately complex employee concerns, grievances, and disputes in a timely and effective manner.

Minimum Experience / Education:

Bachelor’s degree and two years of progressively responsible professional human resources management experience; or equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be from appropriately accredited institutions.

Preferred Education Skills and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in business, psychology, or a related field and 2 years or more of recent related experience as an ADA Consultant, Employee Relations Specialist, HR Advisor, HR Generalist, or HR Business Partner.

Demonstrated ability to multitask, set priorities, manage multiple responsibilities and deliver against competing deadlines.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Strong case management experience and Salesforce experience is a plus.
