Processing all incoming resumes; sending appropriate correspondence to candidates and headhuntersMaintaining employment application database and tracking candidate progressProcessing check requests, reimbursement requests, and sponsorship forms for various recruiting eventsProviding administrative and logistical support to Summer Associate Program, student recruitment process and lateral associate hiring processLiaising with other firm departments including Marketing, Facilities, Conference Services, and Document Services to support recruiting functionsMastering office technology including but not limited to applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn, virtual meeting platforms, and communication platformsThe successful candidate will demonstrate...
A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferredWorking knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Zoom; familiarity with Flo Recruit and/or Symplicity preferredAbility to work effectively under deadlines, prioritize different work streams and competing tasks and be self-motivatedAbility to be a team player, problem-solver, and trouble-shooterAbility to communicate effectively orally and in writing, including the ability to compose, edit and proofread routine business correspondenceAbility to provide excellent client serviceResponsiveness and attention to detailAbility to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization and act as an ambassador to internal and external clientsAbility to maintain tracking for all stages of candidate lifecycleAbility to stand for long periods at events and move materials and boxes to and from event sitesPay Range for Candidates in Washington, DC:
$50,000 - $64,000 per year
The range provided is the minimum and maximum salary that Venable in good faith believes at the time of this posting that it is willing to pay for the advertised position. Exact compensation will be determined based on individual candidate qualifications and location.

Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.Required Skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Zoom; familiarity with Flo Recruit and/or Symplicity preferred, but not required.Self-motivated, able to work effectively under deadlines, and able to prioritize different work streams and competing tasks.Able to collaborate, solve problems and troubleshoot.Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing, including the ability to compose, edit and proofread routine business correspondence.Ability to provide excellent client service.Responsiveness and attention to detail.Act as an ambassador to internal and external clients, and interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.Requires ability to maintain tracking for all stages of candidate lifecyclePhysical Requirements
