This position offers the opportunity to join an organization that is well established in the legal space and continues to experience rapid growth. PLI is a membership-driven organization that takes enormous pride in its ability to retain and grow our enterprise customers.The ideal candidate will be proficient in delivering analytics and accurate reporting to the senior management team. This is an excellent opportunity to support our sales and account management teams in their efforts to provide premier service to our customer base.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESUsing PLI's systems and resources performs high level research and data analysis to uncover opportunities and drive the business.Provide customer utilization reports that will support account managers in taking a proactive, customized approach to growing customer accounts.Helps mentor and develop new team members.Manage account strategy workflow by using resources such as Salesforce and PowerBI.Collaborate with sales and account management teams specific to business and customer needs.Provide internal reports and deliver information to the senior management team in membership services.Provide operational information, results, and reporting as needed to help in analysis of customer behavior along with identifying new channels, opportunities, or strategies through SQLOther duties, as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS3 - 5 years' experience with financial analysis, compensation planning or related field required.Bachelor's degree preferred.Excellent interpersonal, organizational, written and presentations skills.Strong familiarity with Cognos 8 and SalesForce, PowerBI.Advanced MS Excel skills required.
