Key Responsibilities
Responsible for overall direction and control of all sales activities for East SalesRecruits, motivates and maintains an effective sales forceDirects sales leadership team in reaching sales quota, developing new business and maintaining customer satisfactionAdditional responsibilities include forecasting, quota assignment and account and channel managementWin major accounts in the Eastern US
Qualifications
15+ years of experience with demonstrated ability to lead and manage a sales management team to achieve sales targets and objectives at a fast paceDemonstrated ability in setting strategy, vision and priorities in a B2B high tech environment for complex software productsExperience in security and network/internet-protocol related applications in an enterprise business environment requiredProven contacts in major East Coast accountsMust be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship from an employer now or in the future
