If you're passionate about making the world a safer place and want to be part of an award-winning company culture, we invite you to join us.This role will oversee and manage a team of three Area Managers across the South East U.S. market, driving regional sales strategy and performance.Key ResponsibilitiesResponsible for overall direction and control of all sales activities for South U.S. SalesContinuously mentor and develop the sales team, including recruiting, onboarding, and trainingDirects sales leadership team in reaching sales quota, developing new business and maintaining customer satisfactionAdditional responsibilities include forecasting, quota assignment, and account and channel managementWin major accounts in the South U.S.

Qualifications

15+ years of experience with demonstrated ability to lead and manage a sales management team to achieve sales targets and objectives at a fast paceDemonstrated ability in setting strategy, vision and priorities in a B2B high tech environment for complex software productsExperience in security and network and network/internet-protocol related applications in a telecom business environment requiredProven contacts in major South U.S. accountsMust be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship from an employer now or in the future
