This role will be a managing a group of 5-7 employees who are servicing clients using our Flex and Cobra services.Essential Functions and Primary DutiesGuide efforts of group to complete responsibilitiesAssign, monitor and review progress and accuracy of work.Guide efforts and provide technical guidance on more complex issues.Complexity is based on the degree ofuncertainty, financial risk, technical requirements, urgency and volume or size.Will spend a significant portion of time performing individual tasks related to the unit.Execute annual goals and prioritiesEnsure team performs work as prescribed by policies and procedures to achieve productivity, serviceand quality standardsAnalyze and resolve problems interprets policies and demonstrate solid subject matter knowledgeMotivate, guide and train staffAdditional responsibilities as assigned
Minimal QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferredMore than 3 years of directly related experience in the relevant industryMust maintain current required licenses and certifications relevant to field of expertiseDemonstrate industry experience and technical knowledge in area of expertiseProficient use of applicable technologyDemonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of the organization, both internally and externallyStrong communication skills both oral and written with all levels of an organization, both internally and externally
