What You'll Do

The

People & Culture Generalist, US East

role partners with the People & Culture Business Partner (PCBP) to create, deliver, and execute on people programs across the respective business. This person provides guidance on people programs that attract and retain the best talent, drive performance, develop and grow talent, reward and recognize, and exit respectfully.

Location:

This position must be based from our Frederick, Maryland or Kansas City, Missouri branch. Hybrid work schedule.

ResponsibilitiesExecute established standards and approach of the Employee Lifecycle not limited to but including onboarding, performance management, engagement, succession, and compensation.Provide day-to-day human resources support to the assigned Channel(s), which includes onboarding and offboarding, people-data management and analytics, HR systems training, employee relations, performance, and compensation administration, engagement, learning administration, training coordination, compliance, and other human resources generalist functions.Respond to people related inquiries both from within the People & Culture team and from leaders in the assigned Channels, directing employees and managers to existing resources, leveraging human resources knowledge to respond to inquiries, and escalating complex issues as required.Partner with appropriate stakeholders to support P&C Program delivery.Support P&C project owners including, preparation of documents, and follow-up on timelines and deliverables; attend projects meetings and prepare meeting minutes and action items.Participate on cross-functional teams and take on other duties as assigned and to continuously improve how we achieve outstanding results.Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required. Emphasis in Human Resources or related field.3-5 years of experience in a Human Resources, with experience in HR Reporting or AnalyticsWorking knowledge of relevant federal, state and county regulations and laws related to people policies and practicesStrong organizational skills to handle high volumes of work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment while maintaining excellent delivery and quality performance.Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint and Outlook.Attention to detail and results orientation. Proven track-record of responsiveness and meeting deadlines.Passionate about growing knowledge and skills to understand a broad range of issues and takes the initiative to solve problemHigh level of professionalism, discretion, and good judgmentAbility to travel 15% requiredWho You Are
