Fuel your career with GEODIS and discover endless growth opportunities.Your role on the team:The manager is also responsible for Quality training and mentoring members of Quality and Compliance team within the campus.The position will support all the facilities within determined campus.This position exists to support the Quality Management System (ISO, FDA) at the facilities within determined campus.Travels frequently to locations and routinely interacts with the Quality personnel to monitor all established quality activities in place. Ensure that they are effective, and continue to produce desired results;Recommend campus and corporate wide improvements; ensure quality compliance and customer satisfaction.Implements and manages a comprehensive, affordable, and effective campus Quality Assurance program using ISO 9000 principlesAssists with audit programs to review various processes in the work environment to ensure that standards are being metCreates, reviews, and/or revises policies that affect processes in the working environment.Provides expertise and guidance on compliance with governmental regulations, customer specifications, and internal policiesConducts regular analysis of the program process, product and service audits, and inspections, and implements corrective actionsDevelops, collects, and reports quality metrics as needed to executive managementOther duties as required and assigned
What your need:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fieldFDA experience, in 3PL a plus8 years progressively responsible experience in experience in Quality.Experience in implementation of ISO 9001 and other quality initiatives preferredExperienced as a Quality Manager for a program involving logistics, food or other life science activities or in a service industry.PC literate with experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Access and Excel
