Marketing Operations Leader
plays a critical role in Flexera's go-to-market strategy. Our target personas are inundated with marketing messaging from hundreds of companies every day. To increase lead conversion and brand awareness, we must leverage data about what is working to increase marketing effectiveness (ROI). You will work very closely with the integrated and field marketing teams and the revenue operations function and drive engagement with qualified prospects, ultimately helping the SDRs and field sales team to create and progress pipeline. You'll use technology and data to improve our marketing funnel - ultimately allowing us to create a better experience for our potential customers.
The RoleThe Marketing Operations Leader should have a passion for process, optimization, and funnel reporting. This is accomplished by focusing on the design and execution of our lead management processes and marketing tech stack.
The Marketing Operations Leader will inform our marketing strategy by:Building and optimizing a marketing funnel and lead process
Measuring and benchmarking marketing activity outcomes (ROI) and making recommendations on how to adjust marketing strategy
Oversee and develop our martech foundation stack of Salesforce, Eloqua, Pathfactory, LeanData, Qualified, and others
Ensure our marketing technology stack supports overall marketing objectives; make recommendations to increase productivity or effectiveness
Establish scalable processes and workflows to ensure best practices for campaign execution, lead management, and efficient follow-up
Explore data continually to find trends, identify potential issues, monitor MQL progress and identify areas for process and execution improvement
Align with stakeholders to clearly define campaign objectives, requirements, priorities, and timelines for seamless collaboration within marketing and with sales
Analyze and refine existing contact/account scoring model and lead processes to surface the most optimal contacts and accounts for sales outreach
Our BrandTo maintain Flexera's market leadership positions, the Marketing Analytics & Operations Manager is instrumental in making recommendations about marketing tactics and strategies to support the continued growth of our brand. Our marketing operations manager will work with key stakeholders in Revenue, Finance, Sales Operations, and Product to establish credible performance measurements, reliable KPIs, and leverage data to increase market awareness of our leading products.
QualificationsThe right candidate must have experience managing marketing operations. To assess fit, here is a partial list of critical competencies that we will probe into:Experience working with marketing automation and CRM tools, ideally Salesforce and Eloqua. Familiarity with other martech tools including LeanData, Qualified, and PathFactory.
Understanding the campaign management process including attribution and measurement
Experience developing and optimizing complex campaigns and nurture flows including email, advertising, social, and website engagement
Strong analytical skills and experience with data as the foundation of actionable insights and decision-making
Ability to collaborate well with stakeholders and build strong relationships across teams
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment focused on growth
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Relevant BA/BS degree with experience in a marketing ops role
