Overview
As the Store Operations UKG System Administrator, you will coordinate with Enterprise Systems Project Managers and System Admins to manage the Stores Organization configuration in the UKG Pro Workforce Management (formerly UKG Dimensions) application. This involves maintaining and enhancing divisional configuration, adding advanced capabilities, and crafting insightful reports and data views. This role will be a subject matter expert on all aspects of UKG Pro Workforce Management configuration to improve business processes, improve workforce productivity and enhance day-to-day operations with a focus on volume and labor forecasting through machine learning. Additionally, you will be responsible for resolving daily technical issues and managing user security.
Responsibilities and Qualifications
Bring and maintain an in-depth understanding of the UKG product suite, actively identifying opportunities to enhance solutions and services.
Assume the role of Subject Matter Expert, for all elements of UKG Pro Workforce Management configured within the system.
Configure and maintain various components, including business structures, data views, control center, timekeeping, user access, advanced scheduling, and absence management.
Oversee the configuration and maintenance of volume and labor forecasting, continuously refining processes for optimization and alignment with business needs.
Configure and maintain the budgeting module in UKG Dimensions, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
Conduct user acceptance testing of fixes to verify the resolution of incidents.
Develop clear, concise, and well-organized technical documentation to uphold standards and procedures.
Collaborate with business users to create data views and reports, contributing to enhanced productivity.
Work closely with HR and business teams to identify new opportunities and facilitate the rollout of new functionalities.
Play a critical role in shaping the future strategic direction of the application roadmap, anticipating impacts and changes for implementations.
Qualifications
5+ years of demonstrated experience in UKG Dimensions (now UKG Pro Workforce Management) performing admin level activities including configuration, volume and labor forecasting module optimization, reporting and data views.
Advanced UKG Pro skills to include demonstrated knowledge of model training with hyperparameter optimization, analyzing outputs using SHAP and tuning ML forecasting models.
Handles confidential information effectively and appropriately
Actively participates and collaborates with others on one's own team and across REI for the achievement of business goals
Uses business knowledge, innovative thinking, and sound judgment in the solution of problems or the pursuit of business opportunities
Consolidates information from various sources including feedback from others to reach sound decisions

Pay Range
$96,400.00 - $130,300.00 per year
