Senior Applications Analyst, UKG Pro Workforce Management
is to provide functional support, design, instruction, oversight and guidance of the supply chain applications to enable the achievement of success in the Ardent business operation. These responsibilities include but are not limited to: developing system strategies with management and other stakeholders, conducting business needs analyses, identifying and mitigating project risks, supporting the applications users and assisting in the implementation of financial application projects.ResponsibilitiesProvide support to end users of the UKG Pro WFM system by diagnosing, resolving and documenting application errors.Operate as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the UKG Pro WFM implementation.Gather requirements, develop and test Analytics Dataviews, UKG reports, Home Page Tiles in accordance with WFM best practice.Provide UKG Pro WFM reporting support to the Payroll, Nursing, Accounting and Finance teams.Assist with assessing upcoming UKG Pro WFM releases for enhancements and new functionality. Assist in the testing, deployment, and stabilization of these releases.Perform tasks in accordance with IT project plans.Participate in support skills improvement activities including co-worker cross training, attending training classes, and reviewing application related documentation.Work with IT Security to identify, implement and maintain security measures in order to protect data, software, and hardware.Follow change management processes for all changes to production systems.Prioritize and complete assigned tasks while reporting progress or escalating problems to management.Monitor, research, and address trends related to reported problems.Independently plan, coordinate, and monitor the development, evaluation, and implementation of complex information systems projects.QualificationsEducation & Experience:Bachelor’s Degree (Computer Science) or equivalent experience.5+ years of Kronos/Dimensions/Pro WFM system support experience.UKG Pro WFM Analytics experience required.Boomi experience a plus.Healthcare experience preferred.Design, configuration and testing experience with UKG Pro WFM.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Demonstrate strong understanding of integration concepts including interfaces and other data transfer or flow methodologies.Ability to stay engaged professionally and positively when working with user and vendor community.Demonstrate strong project management skills.Ability to perform afterhours remote system support as a member of an on-call group.Technology aptitude and learning ability.High level of accountability and ability to work independently.Flexible with the ability to lead multiple projects and prioritize tasks as necessary.Customer service oriented.Ability to be productive in a team environment.Strong analytical skills.Critical thinking skills for resolving system, application, or process problems.Strong organization, customer service and time management skills.Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.Strong interpersonal, communication and customer services skills.Strong attention to detail.Self-motivated and eager to learn.Possess a high degree of integrity and trust along with the ability to work independently.Possess an understanding of Desktop applications, Inter/Intranet applications, and email.Strong leadership and motivational skills.
