We are looking for someone with extensive knowledge and experience in the Casino F&B industry, managing both Back of House and Front of House staff, budgets, and ensuring exceptional guest services. The ideal candidate should be able to obtain Nevada Gaming Registration, SNHD Food Handlers or Serve Safe certificate, and Alcohol Awareness cards. Additionally, they should have exceptional budgeting and profit loss data knowledge.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing effective work schedules for optimal service, assigning appropriate duties to subordinates, assisting with supply ordering, conducting physical inventory, and managing all aspects of the beverage department and restaurants. The candidate should also be able to make suggestions and changes to expedite service, increase overall check averages, and decrease costs where applicable, oversee compliance with all Clark County Health Department regulations, coach, counsel, and praise Team Members as deemed appropriate, train and develop staff, provide courteous service to all guests, maintain appropriate staffing levels, and perform any other duties as assigned.

Minimum five years previous food and beverage management experience required. Must be able to initiate and engage in conversation in a professional and friendly manner. Must possess excellent customer relations and communication skills. Ability to work well with subordinates, coworkers and work as a team. Present a well groomed appearance and be at least twenty-one years of age. HS diploma or equivalent required. Bachelors degree preferred.

Essential Job Functions:Manage food and beverage staff for 2 gaming bars, cafe, and quick service snack bar.Develop and implement effective work schedules for optimum service.Assign appropriate duties to subordinates.Create purchase orders for necessary supplies.Makes suggestions and changes to expedite service, increase overall check averages, and decrease cost where applicable.Oversee compliance with all Clark County Health Department regulations.Develop policies and procedures as needed.Counsel and discipline employees as required.Mentor, train and evelop employees.Maintain appearance standards as outlined in the Club Fortune Casino Employee Handbook.Provide courteous service and be cordial to all internal and external guests.Perform other duties as assigned.

Work Environment and ADA Requirements:

Must be able to stand for entire shift. Must be able to work in an environment with loud background noise. Must be able to lift, push, pull and carry. Must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 50 pounds on a regular basis. Must be able to stoop, bend, reach, twist, crouch, squat, lift. Must be able to listen and respond to visual and aural cues. Must be able to simultaneously handle the demands of many customers. When on duty, must be able to tolerate areas containing second hand smoke, high noise levels, bright lights and dust.
