Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and/or education, and location. This position is also eligible for an annual bonus.SUMMARYProvides reporting and data for the Operations Division in the supporting of products and business lines. Responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting on various key performance metrics. Collaborates with business units to review operational activities and identify areas of efficiency improvements.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESTranslates data and identifies trends to develop insights to improve operational efficiency.Partners with Operation Departments to organize and prepare key performance metrics.Develops effective reporting tools for the business lines.Proven ability to create documents and maintain operational policies and procedures, including designing and documenting detailed process flows.Develops operational performance and quality metric standards and reports.Assists Business Unit Leader in creating tactical and strategic services and/or programs to support the business unit's goals (financial, quality, operational efficiency, etc.).Provides financial project management support including product profitability, fee workflows, cost analysis, and vendor analysis.Performs ad-hoc financial analysis for key business initiatives.Provides operational reporting, financial project governance, management of internal and external tasks, and assistance with operational/logistical functions.Maximizes opportunities to use information and technology to improve applications, systems, product, and service and/or program business processes.Complies with, and stays abreast of all policies and procedures, federal and state laws applicable to the job.Provide, present and promote The Citizens Experience to all external and internal customers.Other duties as assigned.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESThis job has no supervisory responsibilities.QUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is preferable.EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCEBachelor's degree (B.A.) in Business, Accounting, Finance, from a four-year college/university; one to two years related experience and or training; or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.LANGUAGE SKILLSAbility to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or government regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.MATHEMATICAL SKILLSAbility to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.REASONING ABILITYAbility to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.COMPUTER SKILLSProficiency in Microsoft Office products, Abode Acrobat DC, Adobe Reader DC.
