Technical Services Manager, Colors
Plainsboro, NJ (Hybrid)
As the Technical Services Manager, Colors, you will manage the technical service of a business to achieve Customer Service Level objectives as agreed in Sales and Account Plans.

Key Responsibilities
• Investigate and determine the technical needs of customers and draw up a technical service plan
• Provide service to customers in such a way that they are able to apply the Business Unit’s products safely
• Prepare colors pitch for customers. Analyse customer´s brand proposal and create color concept based on customer brand aspiration
• Prepare and deploy training for colors. Prepare and customize per segment. Include the various disciplines to craft the training (regulatory, commercial, application)
• Connect the Taste and Health organization to create joint concept using colors
• Create market intelligence regarding competitors and other colors in the market

You Bring
• Experience in the color houses or similar preferred
• Master's Degree or equivalent experience in science or technology for food and beverages
• Project Management experience
• Good verbal and written communication
