Key position functions include:
Collaborates with senior leadership to understand the organization's goals and strategy related to developing, attracting, and developing talent.Multi-disciplined HR Manager with experience in, Staffing, Talent Management, Total Rewards, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Succession Planning, and Employee Relations.Proven ability to work in different cultures with an adaptable approach to influencing in different regions.A strong operational HR leader with an emphasis on employee relations.Ability to create and maintain a positive, engaged environment for all employees.Monitors and ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices.Work with Compensation and Benefits to ensure competitive programs are in place to attract and retain talent.Reviews and modifies policies and practices to maintain compliance.Partners with Safety to promote and create a safe work environment and ensure compliance.Preferred candidates will possess a combination of the following:
10+ years of progressive HR experience with a minimum of five years in a leadership roleExperience with a private manufacturer is highly preferred.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic constantly changing environment.Strong communication.
