We are looking for a Business Development Manager to help us develop new partnerships and grow existing ones. The right candidate has 3-5 years of business development experience and a deep understanding of the mobile advertising industry. The successful individual is knowledgeable, intelligent, outgoing, determined, and passionate about digital advertising and the mobile app ecosystem.
Responsibilities include:
Initiate relationships with lead mobile app developers and publishersGenerate leads, develop prospects, and build a business pipelineOrganize and lead calls and in-person meetings with prospective and existing partnersCollaborate with the operations team during partner integration, testing, and launch of our ad SDKOversee and optimize in app performance, and manage relationships with high-profile mobile publishersWork with legal team on negotiating and finalizing contractsWork cross functionally with internal teams to execute business initiativesRepresent HyprMX at industry events and conferences both domestically and internationallyStay up-to-date on emerging technologies, trends, competitor activities, and industry best practicesHere are a few indicators that you're the right person

Greater NY-area Residents: We currently have a hybrid remote work policy. All Jun Group employees living within a 90-minute (one way) commute of our NYC office are expected to be in the office two days per week.
Salary Range: $70,000-$90,000, plus incentive pay
