We are looking for an Ad Operations Manager to join our production team. The successful candidate will be intimately involved in reviewing and trafficking digital ad campaigns for Fortune 500 brands. The position reports to the Director of Operations. It's a great way to work in multiple advertising platforms, as well as develop and implement new processes across all of our campaigns.
Responsibilities include
Managing all aspects of campaign production including ad unit production, campaign creation, trafficking tags and creative, targeting implementationCollaborating with the Strategy team on ad unit design and functionalityBuilding and QA of custom, immersive rich media ad experiencesManage proxy and debugging tools to validate and troubleshoot ad functionalitySupport product management and engineering through user acceptance testing of new products and featuresAnalyze performance metrics and identify potential optimization opportunitiesTroubleshoot technical issues on live campaignsCreate documentation and process requirements for new features and functionalityLiaise between Operations, Sales Strategy, and TechnologyServe as the central point of contact with third-party partnersHere are a few indicators that you're the right person
You have 2+ years in a digital advertising or digital media experienceYou' have strong knowledge about third-party DSPs like the Trade Desk and Facebook Ads ManagerYou're familiar with video ad serving formats such as VAST, VPAID, MRAIDYou have experience with tag vendors including DCM, DV, IAS and InnovidYou love digging into data and summarizing findings- familiarity with SQL and strong excel skills is a plusYou have experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScriptYou're well-spoken and can clearly articulate technical informationYou're comfortable multi-tasking and dealing with deadlinesYou're tough, smart, and detail-orientedYou're good with people, planning, and organizationRequirements

Greater NY-area Residents: We currently have a hybrid remote work policy. All Jun Group employees living within a 90-minute (one way) commute of our NYC office are expected to be in the office two days per week.
Salary: $58,500
