IAA, an RB Global Inc Company is seeking a Security Analyst to join us on site in our corporate headquarters in Westchester, IL.

The Security Analyst will be tending to security camera and access control related requests for field and corporate offices. The Security Analyst will follow policy to assign access to personnel at five of the corporate offices where we manage the access control systems. They will also oversee 230+ locations where we manage the camera systems. Must be able to identify and analyze problems when security cameras are not performing properly. Will include minor technical troubleshooting and will require the ability to adapt and find solutions. Requesting and overseeing services with vendors. Perform all duties assigned by Security Manager.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Promptly respond to the camera and/or encoder outages, troubleshoot, and find a solution.Camera troubleshooting with field personnelRemote troubleshooting for software, firmware, hardware, and electrical issues.Coordinate with Network Ops regarding status network connectivity.Work with field personnel to troubleshoot and follow up when necessary.Working with repair company to explain needed repairs & coordinate scheduling.Coordinate with monitoring company to ensure replacement equipment is reprogrammed with rules and proper masking.Saving, reviewing and following up on incident reports from field personnel and monitoring company.Reviewing and investigating video for other internal departments.Edit & Export video footage for branches when needed in case of a break-in, theft, or employee-related issue.Issue, renew, and/or de-activate key cards for corporate offices.Run regular reports for access control to ensure appropriate access levels are maintained.Work closely with other Security team members. Will need to be able to trade off responsibilities as issues become more or less complex.Pre-program equipment and ship out to branches for replacement.Coordinate with monitoring company to ensure equipment is programmed with rules and proper settings.Coordinate with monitoring company to reduce false alarms by:Adjusting the camera's “region of interest.”Adjusting arm times with the manager.Ensuring authorized activity is being called in ahead of time.Review and approve invoices for service repairs and replacement equipment.

Assisting team members with incoming and outgoing shipmentsTest equipment returned from the field to verify it is in fact broken.Organize and maintain an appropriate amount of replacement equipment in inventoryEnsure site instructions and camera information is up to date.Assist field with password resets and obtaining access to camera systems.Other duties and projects assigned by Security managerElectric Fences: Follow up with branches regarding electric fences not being armed or utilized.Additional Duties Include and are not limited to:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required2 years of related work experience preferredCustomer service, multi-tasking, organizational and prioritization skills are essential
