IAA, an RB Global, Inc. company is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our team in Westchester, ILThe Senior Software Engineer stays current on modern technologies and innovations, and is willing to work with a team of developers, product architects in developing best performing and highly scalable solution. Individual must have at least 7 years of experience working in a Development team utilizing C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, WCF, RESTful and front end technologies such as JavaScript, jQuery, JSON, HTML5, knockout JS.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to the following):7 Years of application development experience using C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, SQL ServerSolid understanding of Object Oriented Programming, InterfacesSolid understanding of Design Patterns Dependency Injection, Domain Driven DesignExperience implementing automated testing platforms and unit testsQualifications:Candidate must have a Bachelor degree with 7 years of application development experienceExcellent oral and written communications skills, including the ability to communicate effectively within the project team and other application teams are requiredOrganization, time management skills and attention to detail are critical. Must continue to enhance technical knowledge and skills through research and experimentation, in-house and external classesKnowledge of auto insurance industry or auto auction industry is a plus
