We are seeking dynamic Business Development Managers to join our team and drive growth across the United States.Job DescriptionAs a Business Development Manager at Life Biologics, your primary objective will be to execute strategic sales initiatives and expand our business within your designated area. You will be responsible for building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their complete satisfaction, and driving revenue growth. This role demands a proactive and results-oriented individual with experience in direct selling, preferably within the wound care sector and with a focus on skin substitutes.ProductsMembrane WrapMembrane Wrap HydroHelicollAmnioAMP-MPEsanoMinimum RequirementsEducation: Bachelor's Degree in a technical field related to life sciences, healthcare, or business.Experience: 1-3 years of direct selling experience, preferably within wound care or with skin substitutes.Knowledge: Basic understanding of reimbursement processes and industry regulations.Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Other Requirements: Willingness to travel as required.Job RequirementsSales Execution: Conduct sales calls and meetings with physicians and medical facilities to introduce and promote Life Biologics' advanced biologic products.Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring high levels of clientsatisfaction and loyalty.Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your territory to increase market share and achieve sales targets.Product Expertise: Gain a thorough understanding of our product portfolio, including allografts, xenografts, and ECM products, to effectively communicate their benefits and applications to clients.Reimbursement Knowledge: Utilize basic knowledge of reimbursement processes to assist clients in navigating insurance and billing procedures.Travel Requirements: Travel as needed within your designated area to meet clients, attend industry events, and participate in training sessions.Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, client feedback, and market trends to the management team.Compensation InformationBase Salary: $75k - $90kTotal Comp (including variable - uncapped/capped): $200k - $500k + uncapped.$450/month car allowanceExpense account reimbursed monthly60% of healthcare premium covered401k + 5% match (being set up currently)LocationTerritory Parameters: Michigan & IndianaAcceptable Candidate Location: Close to an airport- major metros and surrounding.
