The Senior Project Manager located in Boise, ID isresponsible for running all aspects of a design, design/build,EPCM, or semiconductor/high tech manufacturing facilityconstruction project. Responsible for all scope, schedule,budget, safety, and team management. Must be able to lead andmanage projects over $500 million.
Explore your tasks and responsibilitiesProvides leadership to the proposal technical team andproject team upon award of a contract
Provides professional and disciplinary leadership for theassigned staff
Impacts the department results by setting priorities,allocating resources, and developing plans
Identifies differentiating factors concerning approach,design, and constructability during bid, proposal, andexecution phases
Acts as a senior subject matter expert in strategic and/orcomplex and big projects
Provides EPC Project Management support to the BusinessDevelopment group
Review and provide manpower requirement estimates andadjust the department resources to requirements
Manages EPC, Design, Construction Management and/or DesignBuild projects or scopes within a project
Accountable for managing the overall execution of thecontract
Responsible for project profit and loss commitments througheffective scope management, schedule management, cost control,change control, cash management, risk management, andimplementation of recovery strategies
Participates in continuous improvement plans as directedand/or through proactive application of personal expertise
Maintains a thorough knowledge and understanding of theCompany's project processes, procedures, and policies and isresponsible for enforcing the use and conformance thereof
In coordination with the relevant Discipline Director,executes a master agreement with each consultant
Maintains a thorough understanding of the Company/Ownercontract and all project correspondence and documentation
Develops and maintains continuous positive relationshipswith the Client and their representatives
Monitors the training of all project staff personnel incoordination with Discipline Directors and with availableprograms
Promotes positive staff morale, professionalism, andattitude and assists to resolve potential deficiencies whenidentified or perceived
Champions Safety, Quality, Regulatory Compliance and TheCollaborative Way

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineeringor related field preferred
OSHA 10 required / OSHA 30 preferred
10+ years of senior level construction project managementexperience
10+ years of leadership experience in similar positions
EPC/EPCM construction experience.
Prior experience as a Senior Project Manager for a minimumof two successful semiconductor or pharmaceutical manufacturingfacility projects.
Experience in leading complex organizations
Shown acumen for managing people
Experience in either construction management role or designmanagement role
