Wylander Solutions, a recruiting company specializing in the Restoration & Construction industry, is hiring a Cew Supervisor/Lead for a full-service restoration company located in Mankato, MN.Compensation and Benefits:$30 an Hour Depending on ExperienceAccess to Company vehicleElectronics PackageHealth ReimbursementPaid Vacation_________________________________________________________________Reconstruction Manager Responsibilities:Coordinate and oversee the work of the technicians, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to high standardsManage the customer and client experience and overall project satisfactionThoroughly document restoration projects support the services providedManage labor, equipment, and supply usage on assigned projectsCommunicate progress, problems, and important updates with internal team members.Verify all safety protocols are established and followed for workplace safetyPerform daily, weekly, and monthly vehicle and equipment maintenance, as assigned.Coach and train restoration techniciansComplete any necessary paperwork to record all job notes and utilize proprietary software if requiredClean and maintain all tools, equipment and suppliesEnsure customer is satisfied and happy with the work performedRequirements:3+ years’ relevant experience within the restoration/ construction industryIICRC or other industry specific certifications desiredStrong communication, customer service, organization & prioritization skills (detailed oriented)Ability to recognize and solve problems independentlySelf-motivated, responsible and accountablePass a background check and have a clean driving record
