Mandatory: A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and a master's degree in information systems.
Preferred: Experience with courts or a legal background, 10 years of experience in IT, familiarity with UML, data modeling, XML, SOAP protocols, and integration tools. Additionally, knowledge of the Odyssey Case Management System is an asset.
The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to establish effective relationships within the Judiciary's IT organization
