Vitalant is currently seeking a Donor Relations Specialist with front desk, customer service and/or sales experience for our donor care centers located in Littleton, Colorado.

Our ideal candidate has a heart for helping others and a passion for saving lives. As a Donor Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for greeting donors when they attend a donation center for blood and blood product donation. You will be providing education to donors on the different types of blood and blood products needed to save lives, helping them feel comfortable, answering any pre-donation questions and signing them up for their next visit.

Schedule: Monday - 9:30 - 6:00 Tuesday - Friday 8:30 - 5:00

We're looking for someone who can: Assist the donor services staff with donor flow, monitors wait times, and communicates with donors and/or staff regarding wait times. Educates donors on the donor process, address concerns and answer questions. Converts donors to automated and other new collection technologies to optimize the donation opportunity. Administers customer service and marketing surveys to donors. Collects data and prepares reports and performs other clerical duties, as needed. Retains current donors by rebooking donation appointments. Explains and/or enrolls donors in frequent donor programs.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required One year of customer service experience required
