Hybrid - Chicago, ILQualifications:Extensive Experience : Proven track record in release management and change management, particularly within technology and infrastructure teams.Strategic and Tactical Skills : Ability to work with internal leaders to develop and implement a solid tactical plan for release management.Leadership : Clear leader and expert in the field, capable of bringing thought leadership and establishing effective release management processes.Hands-On Approach : Willingness to roll up sleeves and actively contribute to ongoing releases.Cloud and Data Center Expertise : Strong background in cloud and data center environments as they relate to change and release management.Educational Skills : Ability to educate the team and manage the change process effectively.Documentation and Training : Proficient in publishing documentation and creating job aids, as well as setting up training for new frameworks.Flexibility : Adaptable approach to process and adoption of transformation efforts.Responsibilities:Develop and Implement Release Management Plan : Work with internal leaders to lay out a clear and effective tactical plan for release management.Manage Ongoing Releases : Provide leadership and hands-on support for current and future releases, ensuring smooth execution.Establish Change Management Framework : Implement a robust change management framework for the new clearing platform.Documentation and Communication : Publish comprehensive documentation and communicate effectively with a wide audience.Training and Job Aids : Create and deliver training sessions and job aids to support the adoption of new processes and frameworks.Support Transformation Efforts : Bring flexibility and innovation to the process and adoption of the transformation effort, known as the Renaissance Program.
