  Strong background in cloud and data center environments as they relate to change and release management.

  
  

• Educational Skills

  Proficient in publishing documentation and creating job aids, as well as setting up training for new frameworks.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and Implement Release Management Plan

  Work with internal leaders to lay out a clear and effective tactical plan for release management.

  
  

• Manage Ongoing Releases

  Provide leadership and hands-on support for current and future releases, ensuring smooth execution.

  
  

• Establish Change Management Framework

  Implement a robust change management framework for the new clearing platform.

  
  

• Documentation and Communication

  Publish comprehensive documentation and communicate effectively with a wide audience.

  
  

• Training and Job Aids

  Create and deliver training sessions and job aids to support the adoption of new processes and frameworks.

  
  

• Support Transformation Efforts

  Bring flexibility and innovation to the process and adoption of the transformation effort, known as the Renaissance Program.
