Requisition Summary
The Sr. HR Operations Specialist works closely with HR leaders in the United States and around the world supporting key Compensation strategies. The responsibilities of this role include the delivery of high quality, timely, and accurate administrative and transactional support for: business unit and company-wide organizational development initiatives, compensation reporting, and analytics and other projects as assigned.
Job Functions / Responsibilities
Produce monthly and ad-hoc compensation reports to PACCAR leaders.Assist in development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs.Analyze data and look for continuous improvement opportunities in systems and offerings of HR Operations function.Identify and coordinate special HR projects to further goals of organization; participate in planning, project development and problem solving.Prepare various custom and standard reports for Senior Management and the Law Department.Support job evaluations to determine appropriate salary grading and job classifications.Participating in salary surveys and benchmarking studies to gather relevant compensation data and insights.Payroll data entry and audit.Administer other Benefit, Compensation and HR programs as assigned.Qualifications/Skills
1+ years of Compensation, HR generalist, Benefits, or HR Operations experience.Bachelors in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.Prior experience supporting or owning continuous improvement projects strongly desired.Thorough knowledge of and experience with MS Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint.Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Effective organizational and interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication skills.Experience working with internal controls and regulatory compliance is preferred.Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field.CEBS, CBP, PHR preferred.Paccar Benefits
