with at least 3 years of experience to work in our Vienna, VA office. The ideal candidate must have excellent writing and research abilities, a demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment, and a proven track record of results.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of relevant legal experience in corporate law required.Strong organizational and communication skills required.Strong attention to detail required. Double checks the accuracy, formatting, and grammar of written communications while handling confidential information sensitively and discreetly.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel), Adobe, and SharePoint.Bachelor's Degree preferredParalegal certification preferredBenefits:
