ResponsibilitiesOrganize and schedule appointments for new hire onboardingWrite and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, and formsAssist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reportsMaintain a filing system for personnel recordsUpdate and maintain job descriptions and proceduresOrder job fair supplies and research new deals and suppliersMaintain excel spreadsheetsProvide general support to employeesRecruitment Responsibilities

Design and implement overall recruiting strategyDevelop and update job descriptions and job specificationsPerform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectivesPrepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/colleges etcSchedule and atttend job fairsSource and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etcScreen candidates resumes and job applicationsConduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within scheduleAssess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudesOnboard new employees in order to become fully integratedMonitor and apply HR recruiting best practicesProvide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the teamAct as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection processPromote company's reputation and mission, vision statementsRequirements and Skills

Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, position-based, stress etc)Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc)Ability to organize skills assessment testsFamiliarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)Hands-on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong decision-making skillsSCHEDULE:

Monday - Friday

8:00 am to 4:30 pm
