The Business Development Manager - Industrial Services is a key sales position responsible for driving growth and development within the industrial sector. This role involves nurturing relationships, understanding client needs, and delivering solutions that leverage NewcoUSA's expertise in surface engineering, fluid delivery system repairs, and high-performance wheel technologies. Work closely with clients to identify needs, including content approval workflows, and consult on best practices for solutions and setup.

Excellent proposal development, presentation, and negotiating skills utilized to succeed in this role. Demonstrate expertise in gaining access and selling to mid to senior-level decision-makers to ensure a deep enough understanding of clients' individual experiences to head off potential issues before they become problems.

Expectations/Responsibilities:

• Heavy emphasis on net new business. Sales Prospecting.

o Compile and maintain lists of prospective clients for use as sales leads.

o Network, cold call, participate in industry events, and travel as needed throughout targeted sales territory to call on regular and prospective customers to develop new business.

o Regularly monitor customer accounts to develop leads for additional opportunities

o Maintain and expand client base by identifying and creating sales opportunities.

o Once the deal is closed, they will continue to build and grow larger customer relationships. S/he will hand off smaller accounts so they can focus on selling.

• Develop and execute strategies to identify and secure business opportunities in targeted industrial markets.

• Lead negotiations and close deals with new and existing clients, focusing on long-term contract engagements.

• Collaborate with technical and project management teams to ensure client requirements are met, and projects are delivered on time.

• Provide detailed technical presentations to potential clients, demonstrating how NewcoUSA's solutions align with their business needs.

• Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities and manage sales forecasts and reports to ensure performance metrics are achieved.

• Travel as required to meet clients, attend trade shows, and enhance business development efforts.

• Engage new and existing users to provide value around how users can be more successful with our current portfolio.

• Align the overall corporate solution to the customer's business needs, challenges, and technical requirements.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills: writing, editing, and presenting.

• Ability to resolve complex problems.

• Build and maintain a consistently strong pipeline.

• Identify new and emerging markets.

• Replace incumbent suppliers.

• Provide a consultative sales approach to clients.

• Excellent sales, negotiation, and team-building skills and techniques are required.
