Job Description:
Our client is seeking a Business Development/ Technical Sales Director with proven expertise in selling and understanding the nuances of offering consulting services as well as training and audit solutions. As a Business Development/Technical Sales Director the key is to describe and sell existing solutions and products, as well as creative thinking to understand clients' new or unmet needs.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement business strategies to identify, nurture, and qualify existing leads. Proven ability to look for new opportunities and expand market presence. Engage successfully with various stakeholders, compellingly presenting the company's offerings. Demonstrate resilience by overcoming challenges in pursuit of business development goals. Stay on top of the competitive environment, industry trends, and local market dynamics to continually adjust sales strategies for target customers. Compensation & Benefits:
Base = $110K-$1150K Based on experience Variable on Sales Commission Growing existing customers and new customers uncapped commission opportunities Year 1 Projected Earnings = $140k to $180k Year 2 Projected Earnings = +$200k Bonus Sharing on Company Results eligibility - year 1 Stock Option eligibility - after 2 years Medical, Dental, Vision 401k eligibility after 6 months of employment Company paid expenses Company paid holidays Standard Vacation time
