Director of Talent AcquisitionOur client, a global technology company within the additive manufacturing industry, has been in business for nearly 40 years. They are searching for a Director of Talent Acquisition to join their team!The Director of Talent Acquisition will design and implement effective programs focused on retention, promotion, and succession planning, while managing the full-cycle recruitment process to source top talent. This role will involve close collaboration with internal teams, providing them with the necessary tools and resources to support business leaders and employees from a talent management perspective.Compensation:
$150,000 - $170,000 + 20% bonusLocation : Rock Hill, SCSchedule : Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm HYBRIDBenefits/Perks:Comprehensive Suite of BenefitsGenerous Parental and Bereavement LeaveIndustry Leading PTO PlanPaid Volunteer Days401k + Match ProgramResponsibilities:Refine sourcing and hiring strategies to secure a diverse, highly talented workforce, scaling to support company growth.Oversee campus recruiting efforts, including managing summer internship and onboarding programs.Continuously improve the selection process with updated tools, interview guides, and interview training.Ensure an exceptional end-to-end candidate experience that reflects the company's brand, from sourcing to onboarding.Collaborate with HR on initiatives such as onboarding, benefits, compensation, and employee engagement to ensure smooth transitions for new employees.Develop a proactive recruitment strategy to identify both passive and active candidates through university programs, diversity organizations, and strategic agency partners.Define, implement, and oversee talent management programs to achieve business growth and build a pipeline of top talent.Lead talent programs, including performance management, high-potential development, succession planning, and promotion processes.Support organizational strategic planning to foster a high-performing culture through talent acquisition, development, and retention.Ensure efficient, year-round operation of talent processes.Ensure recruiting team members act as talent consultants, offering proactive services to internal stakeholders.Manage and collaborate with external recruiting vendors to align their efforts with strategic priorities.Provide leadership and guidance to a recruiting team across multiple sites and time zones.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field10+ total years of progressive experience in full life cycle recruiting4+ years of management/leadership experienceExperience or knowledge of designing, developing and supporting organization-wide talent acquisition programsAbility to multi-task and oversee multiple concurrent engagements and work streams for various projectsEffective communication skills with individuals at all levels in the organizationCategory Code: JN007, JN029
