Position Summary
The Graduate Medical Education Office is seeking a skill Data Specialist and MedHub Superuser to ensure compliance with ACGME institutional requirements. In this role, you’ll deploy and manage GME evaluations, surveys, and data compliance ensuring alignment with ACGME requirements. Key responsibilities include designing and analyzing evaluation tools, training staff on MedHub, and supporting data management efforts. We seek someone skilled in data analysis and visualization, teamwork, and communication. Your expertise will drive data-informed improvements across the Morehouse School of Medicine ( MSM ) affiliate sites.
Minimum Qualifications
Education:
Associates degree or equivalent of education and/or experience
Experience:
Working knowledge of MedHub RMS
Proficiency in MS Office
Analytic and computer skills
Preferred Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education & experience
Experience:
Advanced knowledge of MedHub RMS
Proficiency in MS Office
Excellent analytic and computer skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong analysis, problem solving & time management

Job Duties
Description of Job Duty
Verifying that critical program details are accurately reflected in MedHub & various systems.
Training staff on MedHub.
Supporting GME efforts in managing input and output from the MedHub System.
Assisting with planning and monitoring of processes required for ACGME accreditation.
Monitor and track GME affiliations and programs letters of agreement in MedHub
Assist program administrators with resolution of MedHub inquires
Pre-Employment/Employment Requirements
All offers of employment are contingent upon successful completion of all pre-employment screenings.
Immunization
Immunization Requirements
It is MSM’s Immunization policy that all Prospective Employees are required to provide proof that they are vaccinated against COVID -19 prior to commencement of employment. If employment will commence during Flu Season, MSM requires all individuals to provide proof that they are vaccinated against Seasonal Influenza for the current Flu Season, unless granted an exemption. Failure to provide proof of vaccination for any required vaccines or obtain an exemption from MSM will result in rescission of a candidate’s offer of employment or disciplinary action up to and including termination.
