In this role, you will be responsible for remotely monitoring Tank Level Monitors (TLM) to increase production efficiency and provide critical operational tasks to maximize the optimization of the well.What In It For You: The ability to make an impact and shape your career with a company that is dedicated to improving lives and passionate about growthThe support of an organization that believes it is vital to include and engage diverse people, perspectives, and ideas to achieve our bestThrive in a company that values sustainability, drives a safety-focused culture and empowers through continuous improvementComprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company matching and more!What You Will Do: Communicate and interact with business partners to collaboratively define solutions to address opportunitiesBuild relationships with other RAM's across US Land for best practice sharingUtilizes internal relationships to accomplish goals (Marketing, RDE (local tech and lab), TEAMS Center, Corporate Accounts, O2C, Management, BD, Operations)Liaison with technical resources on the core Digital Solutions and Corporate IT teamsBuild visual management tools to identify and address key business opportunitiesDigital Tool Development / Clear understanding of how to compile data trends into PowerBIMaintain project information and provide accurate project status updates to stakeholdersResponsible for defining and following best practicesProactively identify opportunities to improve current digital solutions or processesSupport the product through its life cycle and manage the design and development phasesMeet Goal Zero safety expectations100% compliance in safety reporting and trainingsConsistently coaches, mentors and gives feedback to team membersBuild relationships with account leads and key customer stakeholdersAttends key customer meetings along with account leads and offer support where necessary - Quarterly and Yearly reviews on accountsAssist customer meeting preparation through dashboardSome travel is required to support business requirements and receive trainingMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related fieldExperience with business intelligence solutions (SSRS, Power BI, SQL)Proven ability to resolve problems independently and take appropriate action in a timely and professional mannerPast experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growth environmentExperience working with global cross-functional teams and demonstrated ability to work well with people from different disciplines with varying degrees of technical expertiseExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenPreferred Qualifications:6+ years of IT experience or related areas6+ years' experience in a business environment performing analysis, requirements gathering, and problem-solving skillsExperience working in technical sales, finance or sales support functionsProject management training or experienceAbout ChampionX:ChampionX is a global leader in providing chemistry programs and services, drilling technology, artificial lift solutions, and automation technologies for the upstream and midstream oil and gas industry.
