We are currently searching for an experienced
Project Administrator
to join our East Gulf Regionin
East Tennessee .
What you'll be doing:
Provide plan review and project management for the TDOT and/or the local municipalities in this regionResponsible for organizing activities, schedules, and reporting in support of assigned projectsPrepare, issue and track project documentation such as contracts, change orders, client sign-off, etc. for all phases of assigned project workPrepare correspondence and documents with clients, vendors and regulatory agencies as requiredAssist with other documents such as invoices and purchase orders and communicate with outside resources, when neededPreparing and/or editing meeting minutes and presentationsAssist with project submittals and bidding activitiesProvide support to project team as requestedSupport our team and client by providing technical and administrative supportMarket local municipal clientsPerforms other duties as assignedWhat you need to have:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Construction, Engineering, or Architecture OR a minimum of 8 years relevant industry experience, which could include an Associate's Degree and 4 years of industry experienceAt least 5 years of progressive responsibility within industryCharacteristics of a successful Volkert team member:
