Job Title:Compliance Manager
Reports to:Chief Compliance Officer
Demonstrate and maintain comprehensive knowledge of all applicable laws and regulations for loans, deposits, and other regulations.Our Compliance Manager will conduct research as assigned and provide information regarding regulations, regulatory changes, and potential procedural impact.Perform detailed routine monitoring to determine the extent of compliance with regulations, laws, policies, and procedures.It is vital that our Compliance Manager communicate the results of monitoring to department managers and senior management, follow-up to ensure issues are addressed and escalate issues when necessary.Evaluate policies/procedures to ensure they are in line with all regulations on mortgage and other loans as well as consumer deposits.Assist business units in implementing processes necessary to comply with regulations.Perform regulatory research in response to business unit compliance inquiries, questions, concerns, monitoring and/or projects.Review advertising, promotional materials and loan/deposit forms and documents for regulatory compliance.Successfully complete all required corporate and compliance department training.Assist in the administration of independent, state, and federal regulatory and auditor examinations and reviews.Assist with Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) program input and analysis.Assist in implementing training programs to ensure compliance with bank and consumer regulations.Assist with Change Management program and documentation.Perform support and backup for the BSA Officer's Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Anti-Money Laundering (AML)/Combating the Financing of Terrorism (CFT), and OFAC programs.Other duties as assigned.
