Summary of Role: The Senior Manager of Investor Relations will play a critical role in communicating the company’s financial performance, strategic initiatives, and growth plans to the investment community. The role will work closely with senior leadership, finance and legal teams to ensure consistent, transparent and accurate communication with investors, analysts and shareholders. The Sr Manager of Investor Relations, will also provide critical insights on investor sentiment, industry trends and the company’s financial performance to support executive decision-making
Essential Responsibilities:
Develop and manage communication strategies to effectively engage with current and potential investors. This includes quarterly earnings releases, annual reports, investor presentations and regulatory filings.
Collaborate with the executive team and finance department to prepare materials for quarterly earnings calls, including script preparation, Q&A prep and accompanying financial reports.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key institutional investors and sells-side analysts.
Analyze financial reports, market data, and competitive performance to provide meaningful insights and responses to investor queries.
Organize and participate in investor roadshows, conferences, and meetings with analysts to present company performance, strategic plans and industry insights.
Monitor stock performance, industry trends and the competitive landscape to provide insights to C-suite and leadership about market positioning in investor sentiment.
Ensure all communications and IR activities follow SEC regulations and the company’s internal disclosure policies.
Develop high quality content and investor materials for use on the IR webpage and interactions with the investment community.
Work closely with the finance, accounting, legal, business and communications teams to align investor messaging with corporate goals and objectives.
Develop and mentor junior members of the IR and Finance team.
Other Responsibilities:
Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements, and programs.
Required Qualifications:
Education – Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics or a related field
Experience – 8+ years of experience in investor relations, finance or corporate communications, preferably within semiconductor or technology industry
Strong knowledge of capital markets, financial modeling and SEC regulations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
Travel - Up to 30%
Fluency in English Language – written & verbal
Preferred Qualifications:
Education – MBA, CFA or other advanced degree in finance or related field
Experience working in investment banking, sell side / buy side research or investor relations in the semiconductor industry
Strong understanding of semiconductor market trends, technologies and competitive landscape
Proficiency in using Investor Relations specific tools and platforms (e.g. Factset, Bloomberg, Alphasense, VisibleAlpha)
Experience with financial forecasting and modeling
Experience in IR, capital markets and financial reporting systems and databases
Expected Salary Range
$116,200.00 - $220,000.00
