The Litigation Paralegal will assist attorneys in the areas of legal document preparation, document review, legal research, pleadings, and motions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Legal Document Preparation and Document Review skillsLegal Research skillsPleadings and Motions drafting skillsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research databasesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or related fieldParalegal certificate from an ABA-approved program is preferredMinimum of 5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal
