We’re seeking an outside sales representative to identify new target buyers and upsell to current customers to achieve sales goals. The ideal candidate is a service-oriented outside sales expert that can prospect, present, and close deals efficiently. Responsibilities: • Move your sales leads and deals through the sales pipeline efficiently while consistently adding new target buyers into the funnel • Pinpoint and overcome potential obstacles such as competition, pain points, budgets, and timelines by qualifying your prospective customers quickly and thoroughly • Show our solution to prospects with sales presentations, negotiate deals, and obtain sales contract signatures • Surpass goals for monthly revenue expectations and lead or sales-generating activities • Position us as the clear and obvious choice in our market through competitive analysis and product trends • Engage with prequalified leads and follow up after events to prequalify potential buyers as needed • Conduct property showings, build rapport with buyers, and guide them through the home-buying process • Educate buyers on the Turn the Key program and its benefits, ensuring they understand the process, including for homes still under construction • Finalize sales agreements with buyers based on set pricing • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, buyer interactions, and transaction statuses in our CRM (Pipedrive) • Assist with converting leads during company events and ensure all buyers receive exceptional service Qualifications: • Proven track record in sales • Prefer a minimum of 2+ years in outside sales experience • High school or equivalent diploma required; industry or product knowledge preferred • You are an organized, detail and deadline-oriented self-starter who loves contributing your team’s goals • You love talking and meeting with prospects, presenting to them, closing the deal, and asking for referrals • Proven track record of closing sales, preferably in real estate or high-ticket items • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills • Ability to create urgency and guide buyers toward making informed decisions • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written • Self-motivated with a drive to exceed sales targets and earn high commissions • Real estate experience is preferred but not required Compensation: $140,000 Expected First Year Earnings
