Description: The Middle Office Sr. Investment Trade Support Analyst plays a critical role in the Middle Office Operations department within Lockheed Martin Investment Management Company. The role is responsible for the support of day to day margin management, collateral management, cash management, trading activities, portfolio reconciliation and ad hoc requests from the Investment Team. The LMIMCo Investment Team actively trades many different security types, both internally and via 3rd Party investment managers. The securities traded internally including equities, fixed income, derivatives (Futures/Options & OTC), FX, and Swaps (Interest Rates/Currency/Total Return). The Middle Office Sr. Investment Trade Support Analyst will perform daily activities including margin management, collateral management, trade confirmation, trade affirmation, trade reconciliation, trade corresponding cash movements and various other activities. The daily activities require significant interaction with custodial banks, internal investment managers/traders, brokers and fund administrator. In addition to internal trade support and cash management, this position will be responsible for Oversight and Governance of 3rd Party Fund Administration.

Basic Qualifications:

• A minimum of 7+ years of investment operations (middle office) experience with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economic (or other related degree)

• Ability to exhibit strong attention to details skills which are critical for trade confirmations and reconciliations.

• Experience with trade order management and/or portfolio management systems for equities, fixed income listed and OTC derivatives, Bloomberg AIM is preferred.

• Utilization of Nexen or any other formal trade support accounting system.

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint

• Knowledge with MarkitSERV, DTCC, DTC

• Ability to maintain professional relationship with internal/external personnel

• 6+ years finance and investment knowledge

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: Non- standard 40 hour work week as assigned by leader

Pay Rate:

The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, Washington or Washington DC is $86,300 - $143,800. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
